We are seeking an Administrator to join our busy practice.
Job duties will include; but are not limited to:
- Assisting with day to day practice administration
- Data entry
- Liaising with internal colleagues and our referring dentists
- Using practice software (orthotrac)
- Managing databases
- Working with Excel spreadsheets to produce reports
- Filing and any other ad hoc administration duties as required
Experience required:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Rapid and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Required skills:
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
The position is based on 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on performance.
