Sadly, due to the soaring cost of living crisis,two thirds of us in the UK are worried about being able to afford food and other essentials including oral health supplies.

We’re passionate about helping our community so as part of our Giving Back Commitment, we’ve established relationships with food banks across the North East and are proud to donate 5% of sales of our sundry products, in the form of toothbrushes and toothpastes, to our local food banks once a quarter. This month the QO team visited each of these to deliver the parcels in person.

We are delighted to share that our very own Dr Guy Deeming has been featured in a Japanese television news report all about plastic recycling and QOs partnership with@repurpose_global to balance our plastic footprint.

A senior news producer for the London News Bureau of the Japanese broadcaster TBS, travelled with his team to interview Guy before jetting off to India to film rePurpose’s operations and explain the benefits they are bringing to local communities and their environments.

The news report highlighted Guy’s innovative approach to reducing waste in our clinics and promoting a sustainable future. As you all know, Guy is passionate about making a positive impact on our planet by responsibly managing plastic waste.

Disappointingly, we were unable to get a copy of the interview in English… but we knew you’d all want to see Guy’s 15 minutes of fame, regardless.
